Core Management Team
Ranked amongst the leading companies in the industry, the strength of Bansal Aroma is its core management team as well as a team of dedicated professionals. The entire staff, comprising of purchase department, marketing department, IT, production, research & development, etc. works in close coordination. Dr. Sandeep Gupta, a graduate in chemical engineering from AMIE, is the CEO and President. He was recently awarded a doctoral (Ph. D.) degree with gold medal for his exceptional research on essential oils and his contribution to the organic herbal world. The other key personnel include Shikha Gupta (Managing Director), MSc. in Chemistry and an MBA; Komal Gupta, a commerce graduate and an LLB; and Dr. Mukesh Aggarwal, BAMS, MD and PhD in Ayurveda.

Quality
Proper measures are taken to maintain high quality in our range of products. Fresh flowers chosen from the field itself are carefully distilled, resulting in quality floral extracts. To maintain the aroma, flowers are plucked throughout the night and only flowers picked up to 5 am in the morning are used for distillation. Our perfumes, based on aromatherapy practice, contain no added synthetic ingredients or solvents.

Our replacement oils are extracted from organically grown herbs and contain no added chemicals. Prepared under the most hygienic conditions, we offer our flavors in superior packaging to preserve their freshness for a long time. Our essential oils, excreted from special glands and pores of plants, are produced with special techniques of infusion, expression and distillation.
